To drive the next stage of growth we’re looking for a passionate and strategic Customer Success Manager to join our team and specialise in managing and developing relationships within the Global Network Agencies  – WPP, Omnicom Group, Publicis Group , Interpublic Group and Dentsu Aegis.

A brief overview of what you’ll be doing at Deepcrawl

DeepCrawl is looking for top talent to continue building the revenue stream from our portfolio of Global Media Agencies. This is one of our fastest growing channels and has broader strategic importance.

The ideal Customer Success Manager is a versatile, solution minded and commercially savvy ….they will be energised by the unique opportunity to take DeepCrawl’s already strong presence in the largest global agencies to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and strengthen relationships at every level within the Agency Networks.
  • Identify and qualify growth opportunities for Agency Account Managers (Alex Mills)  to drive strategic expansion and growth
  • Conduct training to secure engagement with offices that are strategically important
  • Develop and implement a commercial success strategy for Global Agency accounts (defining life-cycles, on-boarding, segmentation of support, billing strategies, etc.).
  • Continue to strengthen relationships within leading/strategic/high value agency offices, establishing DeepCrawl champions where possible.
  • Manage Global Agency renewals.
  • Help convert broad adoption of DeepCrawl across the Agency Networks into strategic commercial partnerships.
  • Be seen as a trusted advisor with a deep understanding of challenges facing the management and SEO teams within Global Agencies.

Our agency partners consist mainly of digitally savvy and connected individuals who work hard and have fun, and we are looking for a team-player who fits our culture of self-starters that thrive on taking responsibility and delivering against tight deadlines.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent communicator
  • Empathy to connect with and understand the perspective of a broad range of roles
  • Comfort in commercial or selling conversations
  • Consultative business development acumen
  • Ability to run effective discovery processes for both training purposes and sales opportunities
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding renewal and/or growth targets
  • Problem solving skills to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Operates with a high degree of accountability
  • Preferred: Experience within Saas or prior experience working with Agencies
